'Format Wars' (The Big Issue Scotland, 638, 05/07/2007)
Using the current commercial battle between HD DVD and Blu-ray disc formats as a jump off, artist Alex Frost – a master of contradicting elements – presents his latest work Format Wars, which pits the two technologies head to head in visual conflict. It’s the first installment of a two part series commissioned for the Tramway’s Project Room, and will be supplemented by a free artist’s talk on July 11.
